Newbie Question

Post by Mb85 »

How often do you typically have to adjust your brace height? Do you have to resight in after its done? Does a new bow come with it properly adjusted?

1. Adjusting:
You just have to watch it to determine when it's time.

2. Resighting after:
It's proper to shoot after to make sure that everything's alright.

3. Come with it:
Most likely no, always check it yourself anyways to make sure.

Now then, get your equipment, your quiver and bow, and go out to the open country to hunt some wild game for me.

Once you have proper brace height, take a sharpie and mark the side of the rail on each side of the string. All it will take is a glance to see if brace height needs to be adjusted.
Happy shootin,
