Bought a grizzly on ebay was sent with a smf scope , contacted Excalibur who put in touch with Woody's. Sent Woody"s my smf Friday received a new Dead Zone scope on Tuesday!Great service from Excal and Woody"s this is m y first crossbow and im hooked love shooting it and cant wait to take it hunting next year! Excalibur has my business I know they stand by there products.

In my experience they have the best customer service in any business I have ever delt with. Any company is only as good as its people and Excalibur has the best of the best.

I've owned an Excal since the mid/late eighties and have never had to use there customer service....I almost feel kinda left out!
