In my younger days when the season was over and it got warmer, we used to hunt groundhogs  them little devils are very smart, and can be very hard to sneak up on, now days shooting a crossbow you don't have to get as close, but the thrill can still be the same... and it,s pretty easy to get permission from the farmers because they can eat a lot crops, and they want them gone, and it can keep your skills honed, who knows they might even give you permission to hunt deer in return for ridding them of an annoying pest !!! just saying :D

Guess I am doing better today... :( The man cave, once covered in Hunting clothes and gear, is now stuffed back into it's proper place. Archery gear needs a good going over and make a mental list of what needs replaced/repaired... The Outdoors show, in Harrisburg, PA is only a few weeks away. At least I can take a peek at the new Excal bows. :) Turkey season is over 3 months away. Hope I can hold out til' then... :D
