Anybody else name their crossbow?

Post by cedo1974 »

As a "Walking Dead" fan, I named my Micro 335 "Judith" after baby Judith on the Walking Dead. Since the Micro is physically the smallest of the Excal line, but still a "Little Ass Kicker" (as baby Judith was nicknamed by Daryl, who uses a crossbow in the series), I figured it a fitting name. A little side note...an Excal would have made more sense in the series...repairs and maintenance easier on a recurve during an apocalypse...haha!

I call mine several names, depending on whether I've missed a shot or forgot to load a bolt, etc. Don't think I'll give any examples here though....

I like it, but it does not go with the "X" or "K" theme!

I am still debating between the Vixen II and the Sapphire (will decide soon), anyway in my case its easy....The Countess will be the name of my "bride" so to speak :D

If a Vixen a proper name to celebrate Days gone by for the Company I may consider the name Legacy too, but The Countess really likes to spread her love so thats probably/set in stone :D
