Great Customer Service
A big thanks to Dawn at Excalibur Customer Service! My brother in law loaned me his trusty Exomag for a back up bow on our Texas hog trip next week. Looking it over I noticed the rubber pads at the base of dissipater bars had split in two on both sides. The brother in law takes the dissipater pads out each season but not these smaller pads that are under the bar by limb bolt. Anyways these are not a dealer stocked item. One call to Dawn and she couriered a set out to me to get all back in order. Since buying my first Excalibur off of Bill in the basement of his house in Breslau, Excalibur has always looked after me and never let me down!! That is 30+ years of great service. Thanks Dawn!
