Outstanding Customer Service
I would like to Thank Dawn for all her help and fast response to all my questions. This is how it should be! I had an issue with my serving on Micro 355. She told me how to remedy it and she sent me a new string to boot. Problem solved! Excalibur has a customer for life! BTW the Micro 355 is amazing.
