You have a great area to hunt, Poplarville is good for deer, turkey, hogs and quail if you have a good dog. My hunt club is about 12 miles for my house, we have a little over 5,000 acres to hunt. The deer and hogs have so much pressure they've become almost exclusively nocturnal. Reports from all over the state this year the harvest was down on deer. Health issues kept me out of the game this year( and me with a brand new Micro) so I don't have firsthand knowledge. Sounds like you did good over there. Keep up the good job.
