M405 Collector,s Item

Post by Heavvyduty »

Since Excalibur stopped making the M 405, Doz that make it a Collector,s Item lol.
Had doubts when I first got mine in Jan 2016 an all the so called bad review,s. Limb issue,s. I have over 200 shot,s thru it now and left it cocked for a week. NO Issue,s as of yet except (Pulling my dang arrow,s out) Got a bag target coming. Been shooting it in a block target. forget 20 an 30yrd shot,s . It will bury up to the fletchings an yes I have the T-handle pulling tool. Shooting 415gr arrow,s an let,s just say nothing jumping the string on this beast.Sorry for the guy,s who missed out on this bow it,s a killer.

Limb issues are gone, and if you got one that had good limbs to start with, you own the fastest bow excalibur ever produced! I am still shooting mine while it's up for sale at scalper prices, but it's been every bit as reliable as my two year old 380's, never a problem with any of them either.

The only problem I have with the bows are they just refuse to get along with tick toters,,,, it's like they have a vendetta against tick toters,,,, they just keep kill's every one that goes by,,,,,, dangest thin I ever seen,,,,,,,,

Danny Miller keeps telling my I am a fool fer selling mine, and assures me the ones that problems, most were self inflicted, and a few had the dreaded cooked limbs,,,, that's all gone today. If you been paying attention, I ain't heard of any 405 having limb problems lately, I suppose their could be one in someones inventory somewhere with a set of the bad limbs that got out, but am also pretty sure if they did, all the replacements are now 100% and the problem is long gone!

I don't own one but if I did it would be a collectors item. One, because I could not pull it back and two because there are no more being made. :D
