What am I missing here? ---- If the limb tips are different when measured at 90 degrees to the c/l axis of the bow -----------the string will not be at 90 degrees to the axis of the bow ???

If one limb has more tension on than the other, your string will not be 90 degrees from the mainframe. However, it is not when the string is at rest that is important. The more tension on the string, the more tiller effects arrow flight. That is why I posted the picture, because the marks on the serving happen at full draw.

I also own an Equinox and my tiller is also a bit off but since I can hit a poker chip size bull at 30 yards with fixed blade broadheads who cares , if it shoots good do not sweat it.

O.K. Problem solved :D
went out to my shooting bench and shot 2 arrows, was 1"left and 1/2" low
made corrections on scope, and shot 5 more arrows ,
dead center bulls eye, on all 5 arrows, so its shooting accurate,
and when inspecting B/H I noticed the string was perfectly square to the main frame, ( I checked with square again) witch is what I was after in the first place,
so I guess shooting in the string got everything lined up ?
I am a happy camper again, thanks for every ones help,
I certainly do appreciate it. :D
