Uncocking micro 335
Purchased my first crossbow this winter, a micro 335. I have shot it about 20 times so far a love it! I'm going to shoot it this weekend and planned on trying to decock it but I'm a little nervous. Any suggestions? Thanks?

Watch the video provided? Make sure arrow is removed!!! Safety off push ADF arm fully down, hold t-handle firmly while pulling up towards your upper body. Squeeze trigger and let down handle while in control throughout the downward motion to original cocking start position. Good luck!

#1 Make sure there is no arrow in it....
#2 get a good grip on the cocking rope, pull trigger, and let down....

It's like sky diving. The first time you are scared. And once you jump there is no turning back. However the more you do it the easier it will be. Just never let your guard down and get sloppy because it won't end well..

I also was very nervous the first time.... As said, be sure the ADF is fully puhed in (I use my left thumb with index finger near the trigger. ) otherwise string will hang up on the ADF feature. Safety Off, foot in the stirrup, cocking rope hooked on both sides of rail like when drawing it back, take all extra rope to your "Strong" side, pull up on handle until slack is removed and hold tightly with upward pressure, pull trigger and slowly let down with raised hand.... a piece of cake after the first time.

I agree. Just pucker up those butt cheeks and go for it...and you will find that decocking is actually easier than cocking the bow.

I too was nervous the first time decocking the micro, but its actually easier to decock then it is to cock (and cocking is easy).

Bet you were nervous the first time you shot it, but you did anyway. The harder you pull up on the T handle, the less noise when you squeeze the trigger.
