Welcome to the tribe and here are a few tips;
Keep all your fingers on the stock when shooting , that bowstring can make hamburger out of your hand if not careful.
Always use a rope cocker for consistent and safe shooting.
Get a bow stringer and use it to maintain the brace height on your bow, again for a consistent and safe shooting experience.
Have fun and shoot often, like when you are not reading this forum.
