Over 2 years ago I was challenged to take hog with a recurve
Finally got set up to where I had a good shooting lane
Equipment tuned and hours of practice
Here she is 123#

Congrats!! Hogs with trad bows used to be my favourite but cross bow has taken over that spot over past few years. Hunting at night instinctively is much easier than all the lights and scopes etc.. Up close 2-3 yrds with longbow in the dark sure is way more exciting, that's for sure.

Very nice!! I have the exact same bow. Love it, just need to practice more before hunting with it.

Good shooting! Be thankful you can still pull the recurve. Bad shoulder(s) forced me to give up the recurve and go to a compound,and now the crossbow. Hopefully I won't need a cocker but am glad to know it's available if the worst happens. Congrats on the pig...good eating!
