It is not the best picture quality Dan but looks to me like either AM or Halo. Looks like it is a pretty tight wrap also.

Well as far as the string goes mr Danny miller is taking care of it, thanks Dan. I have checked everything to see what may have caused the problem and it all seems fine, so I'm writing it off to just a bad string. Will put a new string on and shoot the heck out of it and if it happens again I'll be back lol. ThNks for all the tips.

Yep definetly does not look like AM, and it sure don't look like .036".

I think it is also obvious it is not the trigger claws as the large separation shows to the left side where the hooks would ride.

I can't see the string well enough to tell if it is served in the proper direction but agree with Boo the string is twisted correctly if the serving is in the same direction. But one thing is fer sure, Danny will take care of you, when you get it back you should be fine if the claws are good!
