HELP What height rings for Hawke XB30 SR on a 380 with ADF ?

My new scope came in this afternoon and I have no idea what height 30 MM rings to buy ? Bow does have a cheek rest but it's low so don't see that it matters much ?

I use med. on my 380 but I have a Redfield on it .

Medium seem to work well for all the Excalibur Crossbows I have ever scoped, get the medium set.

Thank's guys, I went to Sportsmans Warehouse and picked up a set on Nikon A-series in med height.... they are a split ring similar to Warnes... never tried them but am going to give them a try.

She's all mounted up and boy do those Nikon slpit rings work nice.... Now to get out tomorrow and stay off of the Harley long enough to get her all sighted in...

I have a XB30 Compact comming in also for my Micro and will putting the crossbones back on the 355 Matrix.... Lots of sighting in and shooting bench time coming up.
