Just a bit of Micro info in case you ever wanted to know.
New 2016 Micro 315 rail is exactly the same length as the first generation 2015 Micro 335.
The only thing that is not the same is the riser. The Micro 315 has the swept back riser. The 2015 Micro 335 has the straight riser that is a bit heavier.
This new micro riser has a higher brace height & the limbs are actually 1/2" narrower than the 2015 Micro 335. This is where the speed & draw weight is reduced (higher brace height=slower speed).
So I am thinking the new 2016 Micro 335 rail must be a bit longer than the first generation Micro 335.
If you own a first generation Micro 335 your bow is a bit more compact than the second generation 2016 Micro 335 & in most cases shooting faster than 335fps.
Just some food for thought in case you were wondering.

I noticed the same thing about the Mirco 335.

Re: Micro 315 compared to the Micro 335 first generation
With the more sept back risers and therefore narrower overall width, do you think the strings will be shorter or can a first gen 335 string just be twisted up a bit more to reach brace height on the newer 315 and possibly 355 Micros ?
I'm asking as I'm wondering if there will be two distinctly different string lengths for the different Micros... I would hate to order a string only to have it 1/2" less than that of a first gen. Xbow and have to take twists out too get it to work.

I put one of my old Micro 335 flemish strings on the Micro 315. I gave it a few twists and it's good to go...

Re: Micro 315 compared to the Micro 335 first generation
Has anyone chroned and or posted speeds yet from one of the newer 2016 model 335 Micros? I hope they are the same "Over Achiever's" the origionals were thought to be.
Thank's for any input.
