Installing a set on my 380,anything special to look for or do?They look pretty much straightforward to install,thanks

Start with the lower screws (near stirrup) those come out easier and are less likely to strip. Then do the upper screws. If they strip then you can try to swing the plate enough to loosen the top screws.
