Legality of Micro in Quebec (2016)

Post by djangauche »

Well, looks like it's been officially taken care of:

"For crossbows, a cord extension of at least 25 cm is no longer required."

Taken from:
http://mffp.gouv.qc.ca/english/publicat ... /index.asp

Biggest issue with that is that I no longer have an excuse not to buy!

In Quebec the powers that be measured the draw length from the resting point to the trigger catch .

Granted the wording is odd (blame it on the translation), but when all is said and done, draw length is irrelevant now.

The wheels turn slowly, but last year's issue/controversy with the Micro has clearly been addressed.
