Boofest requires no prior registration and your all welcome

Post by Boo »

I was speaking to someone this morning and it's apparent that some still have a misconception about Boofest. So, I want to make it clear to all the members here. There is no prior registration and no money to pay.
I offer my farm for members to meet up, to see each other for the first time or again. This is all non profit. It's like we're all meeting up at a camping site. Nothing fancy, just fun.
Everyone is welcome. You are all responsible for each other and yourselves, just like adults right?
Do not bring broadheads or firearms. Conduct yourself in a safe and courteous manner.
Although we have Manantler Brewery coming for you guys to sample, there will be no excess drinking. Stupidity will not be received well.
When you are shooting your bow, DO NOT RAISE YOUR BOW MORE THAN YOU NEED TO. Keep your bow down! If someone is doing something unsafe, please stop them and explain, I want a huge safety margin in the way we conduct ourselves. I expect us all to police each other and I want everyone to take happy memories home with them!

It is near a town called Newtonville which is between Newcastle and Port Hope and all east of Toronto.
Take the 401 to Newtonville Rd.
Go south on Newtonville Rd and turn left (east) on the first road called Concession Rd 1
Go past Lanscaster Rd which is a dirt road on your right (south)
Turn into the second driveway on the right after Lancaster Rd. About 1.3 kms from Newtonville Rd.
Thw address is 4635 Concession Rd 1
