Looking for a vixen or exocet.

Post by Guest »

I'm taking the plunge. I'll be buying a vixen or exocet in the next week or so. If anyone has a lead on a used one let me know. I contacted bj and he gave me a great price on a new pacakge, but I'm still considering a used one  .

Thanks guys .

I vote with GaryL, for the little you'd save on a used rig, Besides, it's always nice when you're the one to "de-flower" your Excalibur.

I too looked around for a used one with no luck, and did some digging. Scotts has excellent prices (Jay, FL) http://www.scottsoutdoors.com/product.a ... dID=549458
$289 I think. I found a brown exocet for only 25 bucks more. I actually like the solid colors better and I can find it easier if I lay it down in the woods :o). Also Check Gables in GA. That's where I found the exocet and got it cheap because he says everyone wants the camo ones. I think that waws the last of those he has but he does have great prices on the camos. Good luck.

If that's for a Deluxe Exocet, I'd say you got a fair deal, however if it's a brown one, you could of done better.

Did you check with BJ, before buying?
