We're in!

Post by xcaliber »

I just got the lease on a sweet piece of hunting property. The price was right, 5 parcels of woods with crops bordering all of them, and a small pasture secluded in a spot of around 8 acres. Total land is 300 acres. We are allowed one more person on the lease, but so far there is just two of us splitting it. Only downside is the drive is 1.7 hours. I'm trying to get the pieces right so i can drive out tomorrow to check it out. I found this on Basecamp Leasing!
So happy right now, pictures look promising for some good hunting, and the Apprentice can turkey hunt too in the fall, and spring. :D :D

This is a scanned pic. So pumped about getting out there to check it out!

Thanks guys. Have a few chores to get done this fine hot morning, then Kyle and I are driving out to scope the area, meet the owner, and find out where he wants us to park, etc. There is a Knights Inn about 12 miles away, so we're going to check that out too.
