Lumenock Question!

Post by Jason D »

So im shooting factory diablos with 125gr points and its perfect to 90 yards. The. I shoot my diablo with the lumenock and its says its 22gr, it hits about 5 inches low from 40 yards back. Does 22gr really make that drastic of a change?

It's not just the weight it's where it is located. Putting weight on the backside of the arrow will change the FOC.

Short answer is yes. If you want to shoot the Luminok arrows you'll need to sight in with them. Another option is to weigh your non Luminok arrows and your Luminok arrows. Buy small set screws that will screw into your rear nock and weigh them. You may have to grind a little off your set screws to match your Luminok weight. This will match your non Luminok arrows with your Luminok arrows and you can resight your bow accordingly.
