From the Lumenok brochure you need part #EXCF.

EDIT: to add, the # EXCF is spec'd at .3015 and the more commonly available # GTF is .300 which should also be fine the way I see it.

They should have replaceable batteries in them. I got two packs from Luminock.com for $10.00 .

hey looper, i've been debating either adding lumenoks to my current quills or buying the premade illuminated quills. how do you like them? how did they shoot? as near as i can figure from reading about them, they weigh around 402 grains with boltcutters?

I hunt some heavy covered swamp and I love them As I get older I find it hard to see and with Mechanicals you dont see a entry wound as well. I found that i could see the Luminocks all the way through the scope and super easy to find in the swamp as well I shoot Rage because I need the big wound channel as I am land locked and it saves a lot of tracking

i hear ya on the eyesight thing... i've only shot 2 deer with an arrow & the last time i needed a metal detector & an hour to find the broadhead. when i bought my micro i just bought the boltcutters & figured i could upgrade later. the 1st buck was shot with my buddy's xbow & spitfires. blood trail was similar but the shot wasn't as good but i just like simple so until i get a really poor bloodtrail i'm sticking with the fixed broadheads.
