Big ten goes down to Mirco 335

My hunt started out not good going to my stand I jumped two Does and could not get shot at either one. After about an hour a Doe and fawns appeared they were about 70 yards they walked away from were I was. I took out my Koble Call and started using a fawn bleep and another big Doe came out and she was interested, but did not come in shooting range. I switched to Doe in heat on the call and then all hell broke out I had a 7 & 8 come in both were basket racks. I hit the call again and small 6 appeared and then a big wide 7 came in which sparked my interest. I looked out in front of the stand at the edge of the woods a big Doe was standing and then I saw the big 10. They were headed my way. As I was getting set I heard a noice behind me and three Doe walked in on me.one was looking up at me and the panic started knowing if I moved it would be all over. Luckily the wind blew a good bit and the one Doe decided to move off taking the other two with her. The big 10 headed my way and the suddenly he trotted by no shot he went into the field behind me with the wide 7 that was marking a srcape. Now luckily the Doe was still below me that he was with. I hit the call again and he came right below me and I let the arrow fly, he ran 40 yards and piled up. What a night what a great buck. Having hard time loading pictures.

Congrats..I wish they had call to chase other hunters away on publicland that for some reason feel you just walk around stinking up area and Buck is that easy to get..

They do not care if they ruin the area you hunt even to point they run out in front of me to get ahead of me walking into my stand..

I know its publicland but show a little common sense in archery season only you just cannot walk around stinking up area and get deer ..In gun season you can get away with that ...

Terrible what i am seeing they see your truck hey ole sproul has one picked out in they come in full orange running with arrow in their right hand ..

PRIVATELAND in pa is way too go..You are not alone I sit for days and see very few deer on publicland in wmu2g of pa...Yet i have hunters who shoot off their porch in Philly subs and kill all kinds of deer and they can bait there too..

Great story and good job on getting the 10 pt. I saw a doe & her 2 fawns from this year this morning, walked past the blind I was not in at 30 yds. Only buck so far is a spike a week ago.
