help with photos please

hey all. quick question i'm kind of having a bit of trouble figuring out how to post some pictures.

Can I get a bit of help with it?
I believe I'm doing what it says to. but if I preview it I'm getting a black box with a white x in it.

yes i'm using the entire URL with the portion but am I missing something?
