I have an ibex smf and I was having a problem with the smf scope. I went the online route when dealing with the warranty and opened an RMA and mailed my scope to them. I received an email update when they received it and another when they sent a new one out. Whole thing took less then a week and I received a free upgrade to a deadzone scope. Considering it's the peak of hunting season and the back and fourth thru mail I think 6 days was very reasonable and I really like the deadzone compared to the smf. Thank you Excalibur

Really good to hear these customer service experiences. I will continue to buy these bows just for this reason.
