thanks everyone.. i still think about the whole event.. from first seeing him to watching my bolt hit him to him going down... got the head skinned out and am going to do a spray paint camo dip on the skull.. will post pics once it's done..

Hmmm...looks like our part of the province is producing some great bucks this season. Congrats on a fine SW ON buck, he's got some mass on him for sure.

Man they look sharp...I got the dreamy doe for now....plan on getting the buck before next season...

Congrats on a nice solid buck... I enjoyed reading about your hunt too... :)

Regarding the Montana decoys.... I've been a fan of these for a few years now... Keep an eye on Ebay for them in the summertime..They tend to go on blowout sales sometimes.... I have 4 of them..
