Will the 1 3/8 ram cats fit in the Excalibur quiver?

I have the 1.5" cut, and yes they fit, carefully. You do have to make sure you don't lock up the blades against another head, and be carefull pulling one out that you don't get one blade pulled forward a bit.

....and make sure they're oriented at 12-7-5 to allow maximum clearance.

As Paul said, clock them. Great shooting heads BTW.

1.5" broadleads will not fit into any of my Excalibur quivers. They do fit in the Ram Cat or Scorpyd quivers.
