Electronic Deer Calls

Hello,

I was wondering if anyone knows if this is permitted in Ontario, i know you are not allowed to use them for turkey hunting but wondering about deer?

Hey,

I was wondering the same thing and yes they are legal in ontario and a buddy of mine uses one and it works well, the sounds are very real, i belive they are recorded at a game farm, not sure though

I saw them for sale last week. The one I saw looked like one of those hand held video games. It had several different calls, and I played them all several times in the store. I didn't call in any deer, but people were rubbernecking me from a good ways away so the sound must carry okay.
I'm not sure if these are even legal here as most electronic devices are banned. I think I'll pass on the calls, I've had good luck without them and I would probably mess up and scare any deer away that heard me calling.
