Late season buck

Pale in comparison what guys like Unclefester and Catcher (both greatly missed) used to post here, but best to date for me.
Shortest sit ever. Roughly 5 min.

Way to go man. I wish I had a tag left. I'm off for the rest of the year as of this Friday and would love to hunt in the snow.:)
A touch of frost has heightened your awareness and your heart steadily beats in anticipation. Your senses are suddenly alert to the movement on the forest floor and you realize that the moment of truth is at hand.

Sleds and deer are nicely paired on the snow, almost like sliding on butter under the right conditions.
Congrats on your nice one!

Man, you guys are lucky. Only way to have so many tags in Ontario for one person is to use scissors.

That makes my cold just looking at it. I'm sure the drag warmed you right up though. I tried a sled this year for the first time, I'm hooked. Its much better than a cart in my mountainous terrain. Congrats on a nice late season buck.

He's a real beauty for sure...congrats to you!!

I have a couple of those sleds and they are excellent for hauling gear and deer when the white stuff covers the ground. :)
