matrix 380 extras

Post by Karl »

Gents being in a remote area of the planet and planning to do some extended duration hunts shortly what extras would you recommend to keep a new 380 functioning through worse case scenarios. I haven't had any problems since testing it out, but on the off chance something does occur I don't want to miss out waiting weeks or months for replacements.

1. Spare set of limbs?
2. Several strings- check. (including factory and from vixenmaster)
3. Anything else that wears and tears?

For a remote hunt or one being far from home, along with what you have listed, I would like to have spare trigger as well as as spare scope equipped with rings that I would have pre sighted that would be "close" when attached to the bow.

What Gene said, plus a good set of allen wrenches, and a stringing aid. Also, if you got one, another crossbow. Good Luck hunting!

Definitely a complete set of replacement screws for every part of your bow that requires a screw... a very good set of Allen wrenches, maybe some string wax. A way to sharpen or resharpen your broadheads.. A good supply of unscented baby wipes.. worth their weight in gold, and if needed can be rinsed and reused.
