Bulldog 380 & bipod mount
Looking at the new Bullbog 380 I see that the front swivel mount is less than an inch from the front of the stock. I like using a bipod for sighting in from the prone position. Could I install another mount farther up the rail with out any issues, or any other ideas?

My Harris bipod fits on my 400 BD no problem. No need to move swivel.

It fit my Axiom just fine but on the Bulldog 380 it it literally only 1/2 from the stock allowing enough room for a sling but not a bipod base. I see the matrix has the swivel near the front of the rail

Re: Bulldog 380 & bipod mount
I'm not sure how the 380 BD is drilled as far as the quiver mount ? But when I stripped the hole out on my 380 for the swivel, snd since I use a Munch Mount, I simply moved the swivel back to the first hole used for the quiver mount and it worked really well.... I'm thinking they are the same size and thread pitch ? I'm not sure but maybe someone who knows for sure will chime in.

I like and use the Tac Pac mount. When I shoot off a bench, I take the grip off and use my bipod.
