I've heard that spamalope is pretty stringy. I've always just shot them and left them to rot. I think it's because they're full of garbage.

Up here in Canada fried baloney is also know as newphy steak . Best thing to ever come out of the east coast , puts lobster to shame

Kevin has said that at Boofest this summer he will put on a cooking show, explaining how to cook spam. That, along with Paul demonstrating how to cook "road kill", this years Boofest should be very educational.

Brother in law was stationed in Guam. The U. S. sent so many gillion cases of Spam over there over the years, it's like the national delicacy! Every year they have a big festival " Spamorama" !

Directions

1.Mix eggs,milk and hot sauce in a bowl.Hot sauce does not maintain it's heat so use how much you want.
2.Put flour salt and pepper in another bowl.
3.Heat oil in a pan to about 300 deg.I use peanut oil.
4.Dip Spam in egg then flour and fry til golden brown.I serve with Chicken gravy and mashed Potatoes
