I once pulled my target into my living room and shot a few arrows from the dining room at 10 yards to check out a bow I was wanting to shoot. Worked great. I did put another target behind the one I was shooting just in case but did not have any pass throughs. 8)

I live in a 24x30' "almost" 2 full story log cabin... I can't even get 10 yards in it

I'll be out tomorrow I guess... come hell or high water, ( today it rained like a cow "going" on a flat rock !! ) and get her sighted in at 20 and then play with the speed dial at 40 to finish setting up the speed ring...

I picked out 4 new 407 grain arrows tonight and am ready to go... I have a good friend sending a spare ADF scope mount he has on hand, so I will have to have to fine tune it after switching out the scope mount for the one with ADF, but that's still a good reason to shoot in the rain once again I guess.

Come-on man step up you live in the North West  I moved away after 30 yrs no longer have mold between toes or banana slug slime. Rain (more like mist) 24/7 282 day a year, but when nice can't beat the beauty though :P Slip on your mukluks your pink camo ones  and shoot that thing. Just to let all know all in good fun! :D

Well I got out during half time of the Falcon's / Packers game ( well I'm not sure you can actually describe that one as a game ) and got her dialed in and shooting into the same hole shot after shot at 20, stepped out to 40 without changing the speed dial from where it was set for the 355 and it was bang on... then to 50 and hitting within 5/8" of my very small aiming point.

This is an awesome shooting bow and the crossbones makes it shine even brighter. I do and agree with all of the excitement concerning this model. I would heartly encourage anyone in the market for a "great hunting bow" to take a good long look at a Matrix 350 SE/LE..... One additional benefit is the speed is close to that of my 380, better than that of my Micro 335, and Oh So much easier to draw and cock than either, while still ballancing very well.

Now to wait a few days for my ADF to arrive from Washington Island WI. and then I can remove the scope and reinstall it once everything is assembled, for a check and final sight in if needed.

I did not get to crono it today as it's to overcast and cloudy and my Crony Alpha works best outside in brite sun light. As conditions improve I will give some #"s in the future.

How wide are these bows? Better price then Micro 355. Would it be price savvy time you add string stops etc.

Needs an ADF and string stops. Danny Miller sells both at decent prices. The 355 needs them too so yea it is still cheaper.

I just checked Excals. suggested retail at $1199 ( CN )for a Micro 355  that being the price,
I can easily outfit my 350 SE thru Danny miller for :
$55 for ADF + shipping
$25 for Baby Bumpers + shipping
Since the bow comes with a cheek rest, those 3 items are all it would take to outfit it like a Micro 355 for a total cost of $600-650 ( US ) , depending on where you buy yours bow. 8)

( If you were to choose a 355 Matrix ? Your looking at $850 ( US ) SRP, and would still need to get a Cheek rest, ADF scope mount, and set Of Baby Bumpers or REDS adding aprox $120 by going thru D.M. This would bringing the overall cost to right at $970 - $1000 vrs the $ 650 for a similar, and IMO better looking 350 SE dressed up with the same add-ons and Full Lifetime factory warranty that all Excaliburs enjoy.

The Micro will have the Tact Zone which IMO, is not nearly as clear as the non-illuminated Deadzone that comes with the 350 SE/LE. Therefore, I do not consider the TZ much of an up-grade.. Most guys will at some point, up grade the scope on either their Micro or Matrix, depending on which model they choose. ( I went with a Crossbones as I got my bow without a scope and had the spare Leupold on hand )

I was looking for a deal on a Micro 355 or a new 355 Suppressor when I found this bow and have no regrets for choosing the 350 SE as it's the best looking Excalibur I own. ( or have ever owned for that matter )

The micro is listed at .2 # less weight, just a bit over 2" shorter , and right at 5" narrower when both bows are relaxed.

I like the size of the micro's and have a 335 which I enjoy

Do I think I can be happy with my new Matrix 350 SE with it's awesome full camo and performance for very close to 1/2 the price of a Micro 355 ?   you bet .. "All The Way to The Bank" 8)

I couldn't agree more, being new to crossbows I checked out all the matrix and micro crossbows at my local archery shop, lets say sticker shock is an understatement then I came across the 350se on this forum and couldn't believe the price less than $530 shipped to my door I believe the grizzly retails for more than that .NOT knowing anything about crossbows I think its probably safe to say the grizzly is a nice bow but is no where near what the 350se is

Danny is horizontal archery store, not online.
I've heard the other members talking about
www.alflahterys.com and buying thru that site.
Hope this helps

I'm loving my 350 ! Have it decked out just like I want it. Glad I jumped on it when I did from Al Flathery's , 518.00 to my door in Pa. No extra fee's either. It's a sweet bow, can't go wrong. Had a Strikezone 350 before this and as much as I liked that bow, the simplicity and accuracy of this bow in my opinion blow the Strikezone out of the water !
