How did you accomplish that? Did you need to drill out the rest of the insert and how did you do that without tearing up the original threads?

My spynal tapp inserts are such. (original double wall tapps).
What I did was grind off a few mil off the back end of the insert to expose the threads. before the arrow build.

There was a hole all the way through already and had a tap the same as the threads!
