Found this guy loitering on my doorstep..... wouldn't leave..... wouldnt even look at me.
Not sure if i should let him in or not. :?:

just got in from cleaning ice off the sidewalk.... city has nothing better to do then bother taxpayers less then 24 hours after snowfall...
