Pulled the Trigger on Matrix 350le

Post by Buzzard II »

Yeah, I didn't NEED another Excalibur, but the Al Flaherty ad for a Matrix 350le kept calling my name and wore me down! My charge card got declined (WTF!) at first and the phone rang before I could find their number. It was an out of country charge so they were skeptical, but that was cleared right up and I re-ordered! I guess I should get an ADF and baby rubber bumpers and a crossbow case (which one?) from Dan Miller. Does anyone recommend anything else? I will be keeping my Excalibur Phoenix too! No need to sell a real nice crossbow. I'll probably use aluminum XX75 2219 arrows. I'm one of THOSE GUYS and I just like aluminum and I have some bare shafts to build into arrows. At first I tried to bid on an Equinox on flea bay but got priced out by a couple of chicken chokers. For about $125. more, I ordered a new 350le with no shipping charges and I'm happy. Thanks for reading, have a good one.
Bob

Just checked back at Al Flaherty's and they are sold out. Do they just get a few 350le's in at a time or what?

It looks like it's only temporary. They should get more inventory. If you want one I would not wait any longer. Never can tell when it's over. Just saying.

Congrats on the new Excalibur Crossbow, I've read a lot of great reviews on them.

From everything I've heard they are great bows.

If I wasn't addicted to the "big Excals" the 350 would be my choice.

ENJOY!!

Have they confirmed your order or noified as to future availability ? :?:

I hope so, as I have a 350 SE and really like it alot..... Hopefully they still have parts for a few more of these " limited edition " models..... IMO, they are the best "Bang For the Buck" crossbow in the entire Excalibur lineup.

I got a notice that my order was accepted and the crossbow should arrive to me around 4 April. I checked the Al Flaherty web site and a pop up came on wanting my info and a message that I will be contacted when crossbow comes in. This is for the next customer. I guess they have a limited inventory and the next crossbow goes to the next customer. The Canadian price listed is $699.00 which converts to $526.50 US dollars which was charged to my card. I'm looking forward to the arrival of the Matrix 350le. Thanks.
Bob

Order info now changed to 5 April. I'll be checking the front door a lot Wednesday.

MONKEY IS DEAD
SHOW IS OVER
GO HOME

I ordered my Matrix 350le YESTERDAY and got written confirmation that I should receive it around 4 April 2017. That's the good news.
Bad news is I called Al Flaherty's today 31 March 2017 and they sold the LAST Matrix 350le TODAY and the run is over and they no longer have any. It is no longer listed in their ad. I am so happy I ordered mine when I did! I should have played the lottery too!

Good timing... :)

Really loving my 350. I bought mine from Ebay and would highly recommend the seller that has them. Super quick shipping.

I just hope everyone wanting a Matrix 350le gets one before they all are gone. No more are being made so the supply chain is cut and whatever is out there is all there will be. If you were wanting one, find a dealer with a price to your liking and make the plunge.

If anyone has ideas on what is needed for the crossbow ( ADF, rubber baby bumpers, case etc, etc), please list it. Any and all info will be appreciated. Thanks!
