Old Skool Weekend

Post by flightattendant100 »

I went to the lease this weekend to try a pig hunt. Colton wanted to stay home and ride bikes with his friends, so it was just me. I decided to take an older Excalibur Vortex because I am kind of partial to it. They are such sweet shooters, I decided to go ahead and go ALL Old Skool! I used Firebolt arrows and Magnus Stinger broadheads. I had a ball and did manage to bag a porker.ImageImageImageImageImage
Fun weekend.

Congratulations Paul! I'm with you on the Vortex! Before the Matrix came out, it was my favorite bow!

Nice!!!

I once had a vortex too. Now that I hunt with a Micro that old bow looks huge.. lol

Our local archery shop still has a few aluminum rail ibex bows. :)
