I bought a string aid and extra rope from Boo also. Changed a couple of my rope cockers as well with the extra I bought. CHEERS!

I have always used lawn mower starter rope for my stringing aids with small 1.5" bowline loops in the ends. The bowline knot makes it easy to adjust the aid for length. See pic.
