Hi folks! The 8pt that I shot on October 27th is done and home!. He looks great! :) Looks good in the back room. Here he is when I picked him up at the taxidermist.

Very nice looks like a good job. Always seems like final closure when they come in the door.

Congratulations on a beautiful deer! Another coincidence, I just dug out a 2016 calendar and confirmed that October 27 is the day I killed an 8 pointer in N.E. Missouri. Yours is a better buck, but I was still happy with mine. It must have been a bad day for 8 point bucks all over the Midwest! Thanks for sharing the picture and the memory.
