Image[/URL] Today was the first day of our pa all day evening hunts. I cursed the wind all day at work ...but in the end the wind is what got me my turkey. I snuck in my blind at 430 and saw turkeys coming in the field . They never heard me with the wind howling.I didnt even get the decoys out. This jake walks by with a couple bigger birds out of range. Im not turkey fussy so l bring the vixens crosshairs up above the legs at 15 yards and squeeze.lt makes its booooing sound with its long limbs and l see feathers fly.l waited 5 minutes and had to follow a 20 foot blood trail (actually easy to follow ) the spitfire max did its job.A great day im tagged out now and rid of the poison ivy and bugs...l never did eat my hoagie and chips i packed didnt know it was gonna be a 10 minute hunt.
Vixen 2, metal ibex,Phoenix,sapphire,matrix 330 ,matrix 355 ,vortex and baby grand piano y25 relayer.
Trigger tecs,leupold crossbones and nikon bolts.
Zombie slayers and mostly swat broadheads.

Image[/URL] woods are getting very thick here all kinds of snakes itchy stuff and skeeters n ticks l ripped the blind down n smiled all the way home ...a great blessed turkey season l will always cherish

I agree I am so glad I tagged out. No bugs and the walleye fishing is hot!!! Lol

Joe, Great job getting two with the crossbow.
I was out Monday eve., no birds, but entertained by some doe and family of Red Foxes.
