Trigger noise on micro

Post by outdoorsman »

I have a new micro suppessor that I want to hunt deer with and have it almost noise free
I have every thing quiet but my buds and I can all here a snap or click from the trigger that is very noticeable. Any suggestions would be great.
Thanks Dale

When does your trigger go click, when you fire your Micro?

I have never heard a quiet crossbow trigger release on any model. Try adding shrink wrap or moleskin to the arrow retainer end to dampen the sound hitting the mainframe when the trigger is pulled, this may be the sound that you are hearing.

I removed the dry fire and put a sting in the tigger and pulled hard and fired it and it is the trigger giving a sharp load snap
Any suggestions on quieting in down
