Matrix 330

Post by seabee401 »

Hi all. I have an opportunity to buy a Matrix 330 package, new, for $600 . Sounds like a deal. What do you all think? :?:

I think I would jump on it . I bought one from the trading post a year or so ago for around that . The Matrix 330 does everything I need it to do .

Yeah that's wht I was thinking. I don't really need it. But I'm in a position at the time where I can. And opportunities like this are far and few between. So... I will be adding another to my Excalibur family. Thanks for the input.

That is a great price for a new 330 package but if you would like a little more speed and basically the same cocking force you can pick up a brand new 350 LE package off eBay for $550 and get the full camo too. I own both and my 350 is my go to bow.

I already have a 350SE. I was going to ask if there is a noticeable difference in cocking the 330 as opposed to the 350, but you just answered that. I can cock the350 fine. In fact that's how I sighted it in. But the next day my shoulders were hurting. Now I use the "C2 Crank if I'm shooting more than a few shots.

I can't figure out why but my 350 feels to me to be easier to cock than my 330. Might just be me though.. :?

Hmmm...that's strange. I guess I'll find out Saturday. I think the power stroke is longer on the 350. Plus the extras 20 lbs. Maybe you're just used to it. Or its really not a noticeable difference. My Exocet and Phoenix feel pretty much the same also.
