Question about updated triggertech unit

Is it possible the new updated unit is taller than the old one .my arrow spring retainer had to be bent down in order to be tight as the old one. I know l didnt bent it taking it off. Also scope shoots about 2 inches tall at 20 yard now..........very suspicious. Definitely a new look to the finish on the new unit.otherwise seems smooth maby smoother than the old.
