A weak moment

Post by canoe13 »

Back in the spring I was checking out Excalibur stuff on EBay when I ran into this Stryker Offspring listing.
It needed some parts to put it together but it was cheap. It was late and I was sleepy and before I knew it in a weak moment I hit BUY IT NOW. My LBS ordered the parts and got it together for me And now I have shot it on a few outings and I must confess I really enjoyed the experience. Smooth easy cocking, nice trigger, 350 fps and much quieter than my Matrix 355. A perfect combination of compound bow ease and Excal. design. Plus my Henegar wood stock fits on it like a glove. This might become my primary bow (did I just say that) Oh, please forgive me Excalibur brothers for my sins.

It's an excellent bow! I have one and it's everything you say it is.

We all have moments of weakness... lol
A touch of frost has heightened your awareness and your heart steadily beats in anticipation. Your senses are suddenly alert to the movement on the forest floor and you realize that the moment of truth is at hand.

....now don't you feel better that you have come to Confession at the St Excalibur Church?

....as you can see from my signature, I too brother have sinned mightily - with "Oofah!"....I am not sure if he will become my primary bow....I still love my two Excalibur's with the simplicity they offer....time will tell for sure!
