R.E.D.S. On Exocet 165#

I have an Exocet 165# I just got it has no reds are they available for this model & if so are they now necessary . Been reading about uses on newer xbows . Thanks in advance

There is no Riser holes to put them into n set the hole screw. That is unless you have upgraded to a newer Riser

Yep no holes that's why I asked maybe an adapter available or just carry on to my knowledge no problems & sounds just fine . TX

You need the S5 String Suppressors. Same thing as the R.E.D.S just installed differently on the riser. The S5 eliminated a lot of the string oscillation and vibration on my crossbow! I like those versus any of the other accessories they sell! Good luck 👍🏻

without some sort of custom bracket, there is no way to attach these to a cast riser.

Ahhhh ..... didn’t realize that it had a cast riser!

A string stop is completely unnecessary. Use a good quality Dacron string from Danny and you're good! If you want to lower shock and noise on a bow that's already low in both either get some string silencers from Danny or serve on some cat whiskers.
