Where is customer service?

Just return from hunting with a broken 335 micro. The limb folded back while I watched. This is my second broken limb in less am 2 yrs and am not a target shooter that shoots a lot. I am in the 2nd week of archery season and the customer service person will not answer and there mail box is full. Looks like I bought from wrong company! I am NOT happy.

Yesterday was a Holiday in Canada so there was no one to answer the phone,try again to day

Go online and fill out the RMA. You'll have to do it anyway, start the process first. Then when you call it'll already be in the works. .

Otherwise you could call directly to one of their warranty centres if you are in the USA.

I don't get it my son last week Sunday the 1st had a splinter on the right limb micro 335 maybe 150 shots he got his info from Excalibur to call Woody's, He did so on the 3rd he was told to ship the riser and limbs to them . He mailed out on the 5th had confirmation email the 7th that they received it, and yesterday got a tracking # its on its way back to him. I think that's pretty good IMO.

That sucks jdlouie! They are going to take care of you that's for certain. You should consider buying another bow for a backup or a set of limbs. I would be upset also especially during the season. Hopefully you get taken care of quickly and are back at it. Good luck.

Solid advice, and I would do this with any brand just because I only have so many vacation days, and decent hunting days to think about missing any of them. Sucks about your situation, and I sure hope you get back out in the bush soon.

What is up wid all of this sendin Riser n limbs front in end ? What happened to sendin in the broke limbs ?

My daughter had to send in her riser also , She got back a different riser . She might of had a gen 1 because it looked a lot different.

I am wonderin if'en they are gatherin up the 1st Gen. Micro Riser's ? The replacin them wid this latest Micro Riser

When I had limb problems with my 350 earlier this year Danny had me send in limbs and front end and it came back with the new limb spacer apparatus on it.also very prompt service.

I sent my Micro 355 front end in over 2 weeks ago and still have not got my replacement. It's peak of the busy season and maybe caught in Customs if you are in US. I know it's tough but have patience and understand the logistics.
