Across the Fence

Post by ko4nrbs »

Been having problems with the deer at my buddy's place not crossing the fence to his property. I saw 7 or 8 does this morning across his fence in the field. They were no more than 30 yards from my Ground Blind. I could see them through the small trees and bushes but unless they cross the fence there is no way to get a shot.

I grunted at them this morning and had a few of them come up to the fence and look around but not seeing a deer they left. The corn pile I set out isn't doing the trick for me. I have decided to deploy my Deer Decoy and use the Primos Waggin Tail with it. Maybe I can get them curious enough to come over and investigate.

I'll let you all know how it works out.
