Just got my new ExoMag

Post by Deer Slayer »

I am glad to see sooooooooooooooo many active crossbow hunters.
I received mine from where I work as a 20th anniversary gift, yesterday, went straight away to see George at the bow shop, he was awesome, and treated me like I had been coming there for years... he set it up and showed me the ropes, and sent me to the range for an hour of sighting, in less than 10 shots this baby was dead on, beats the hell out of the compound I used to shoot.
Was amazed to see two others in tuning their Excalibur's for the season too, have to say it is a lot of fun to shoot with others using the same equipment.
I hunt in 80, and have seen a dozen deer in two days while I have been out Goose/duck hunting, hope the activity keeps up now that I can hunt for them too.
In the past 14 years I have taken 22 deer, one of which is in the FROW second edition, all with the shotgun, I am looking forward to my first one with the bow.
Good luck to you all, and Thanx for putting up with my first time rambling.

Neighbor

I hunt in 79 and 78. Guess that makes us neighbors. I live in TO. same as A.W. What you make of the wind for tomorrow. Bad today also. Rain is matter but I like to thinkI know where my arrow is headed. With 25 Kmph, it can go anywhere.
