Don't know if anyone is still interested, but i was looking for another item, and ran across the peep sight at Optics Planet which claims they are in stock. $33.99 which seems fair.

Check Tru Glo’s website they sell the fiber material if your looking for replacement fibers I believe they sell all diameters. Ive dealt with them before good to work with.
