WTH? Excalibur 100gr Fixed blade
Sullivan Industries says they make a 3 blade 100gr Aluminum ferrule 340 diameter for Excalibur but I can’t get a hold of Excalibur nor can I find it listed?
They told me they will be glad to sell me their 100gr Innercoc (3236) which is 340 diameter to match Excalibur bolts.
Any Excalibur folks on here?
My assumption is if Excalibur didn’t find it to fly right then it wouldn’t be produced. I’ve been looking for a 100gr fixed that matches the bolt diameter.

Innerloc makes tons of broadheads. Excalibur only markets the 150's.
Strategically, it makes sense as 90% of Excalibur hunters probably use boltcutters and dont look back. Keeping them at 400 and worry free.

No Sir, according to Sullivan Excalibur now has two fixed blade broadheads and they are well versed in the specs.
Not looking to debate the weight either.
Unlike Excalibur, they answer the phone.

I can only go by what the manufacturer is telling me at this moment until I can verify with Excalibur. Not looking for speculation or rednek ignorance with arrogance.
Re: WTF? Excalibur 100gr Fixed blade
Excalibur will promptly return your call or email if you have an issue, just leave a message. The flu bug hit the office and some staff are off work sick which is probably why you call answer wasn't as prompt as usual.

Dang, I hope everyone survives it, its a beast this year.

I can only assume that since I am the only person who replied to your thread up to this post, that this was directed at me. Just so we are clear, I am neither speculating or an ignorant redneck.Ferguson Outfitters wrote: ↑Tue Jan 30, 2018 2:15 pmI can only go by what the manufacturer is telling me at this moment until I can verify with Excalibur. If excalibur has taken on a new broadhead and not announced it yet, thats great. Its a shame you have chosen to approach it with the attitude you did.
Best of luck in your search.

I know that Excalibur used to have two broadheads listed. The fixed blade 150 grain and a 100 grain mechanical. I don't remember ever seeing a 100 grain fixed blade broadhead.

I saw a picture of the 100 grain boltcutter fixed broadhead. It is blue and has the same cutting diameter as the original. It is a 2018 release

Actually, we'll be selling a 100 grain Boltcutter this year. It's not on our website yet but it is listed in our 2018 catalogue:
http://www.excaliburcrossbow.com/wp-content/uploads/2018/01/2018_EXCALIBUR_CATALOG.pdf
For years we had a 100 grain Wasp broad head that worked fine, we just found the heavier head showed benefits with faster crossbows at longer distance with the added front of center weight. But nothing wrong with a 100 grain, they are still safe to use with any of our crossbow models.

Are you sure because Dawn Neill returned my text with a model number for the Target point TP100-12
Maybe the picture is photoshopped?
Thanks for the footwork folks!
To the guy who seems to be offended by my “attitude”. Don’t get your No-Yank-Tank in a wad, it was more meant for those to follow you because you ask a simple question and you start getting off subject advice from the peanut gallery. You know exactly how it can go.

Oh I’m kidding about the “photoshop” thing.
I’ve already ordered the heads about five minutes ago.
Done deal
